Wander Terms and Conditions Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, registering, or participating in any trip organized by Wander, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the participant) and Wander (the company).

Safety and Personal Responsibility

All participants are fully responsible for their personal safety and conduct during any Wander experience.

• While Wander prioritizes safety and partners with reliable vendors, participants must exercise caution, obey trip coordinators’ instructions, and avoid risky behavior.

• Wander shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or mishap resulting from negligence, carelessness, or disregard of safety advice.

Loss, Damage, or Theft of Property

Wander is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during trips or events.

Participants are encouraged to:

• Keep valuables secure at all times.

• Use travel locks or personal safes where available.

• Purchase personal travel insurance if desired.

Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings are considered final upon payment.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to show up on the trip date, late arrival, or personal emergencies.

• If Wander cancels or reschedules a trip for any reason (e.g., weather, logistics), participants will be duly informed and offered an alternative date or credit option.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• Participants must follow all instructions given by trip leaders or coordinators.

• Disorderly behavior, harassment, violence, or substance abuse will not be tolerated.

• Wander reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund if their behavior endangers others or disrupts group harmony.

Media and Content Use

By joining a Wander trip, participants grant Wander the right to use photos, videos, or other media captured during the trip for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.

If you wish not to appear in such content, please notify our team in writing before the trip begins.

Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid means of identification, travel permits, and any required health or vaccination documentation.

Wander will not be liable for issues arising from failure to comply with these requirements.

Indemnity

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wander, its organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, negligence, or breach of these terms.

Modifications

Wander reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be available on our official communication platforms.
